Monday... I have some trout fillets will make this with yellow rice and butternut squash..
Tuesday.. Pasta.. hopefully greek pasta with Italian bread
Wednesday.. Shrimp... I don't know how yet.. :(
Thursday.. Tofu and stir fry veggies with jasmine rice
Friday.. take out of some kind.. hubby gets paid.. shopping to do
Saturday.. Yesterday was spring Solstice, but since Ds comes home from college on the weekend, I will be making a turkey breast, fresh salad, some rice.
